was born in San Giorgio a Cremano (Naples) in 1981 from a family of four generations of Neapolitan pizza makers. He began to take his first steps in the world of pizza at the age of thirteen in the historic family pizzeria which boasts a long tradition in the world of real Neapolitan pizza thanks to his collaboration with the various associations.
At the age of twenty-four he also began his career in the international field that led him to work on four different continents spreading the art of true Neapolitan pizza in the world.
Currently he is an instructor at the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and a startup consultant trainer.
